Dolphin Dunes is located adjacent to MacKerricher State Park off of Ward Ave, just a few miles north of Fort Bragg near the village of Cleone. It is situated on the sand dunes along the old haul road.  It has a great ocean view and access to the beach in front of the house.

The house has 2 stories, with the master bedroom and bath and the kitchen and living area on the top floor, and the other 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs.  The master bedroom is quite large, with a queen bed and a trundle bed that converts to 2 twin beds.  The downstairs bedrooms are set up with a queen in one and 2 twins in the other.  The house has several skylights and lots of windows and is very bright and cheerful with its contemporary décor.  It has a large deck off the second floor and a raised deck and garden area behind the house.  The house can sleep 8.
